AXA Services Maroc Inaugurates New Site in Kenitra



AXA Services Maroc (ASM) officially inaugurates its new site in Kenitra, marking an important step in the development of its activities in Morocco. This site, located at 21-15, Rue Hassane Ibn Tabet, Maamoura, spans an area of 4300 m², and will host more than 600 new employees by 2025.

Objectives and Commitments of the Opening

The launch of this new site aligns with multiple objectives set by ASM, including enriching ASM's talent pool through the recruitment of local talent and improving the quality of life of Kenitra employees by reducing their commute time. The site launch also supports ASM's ecological commitments, particularly by contributing to the reduction of the company's carbon footprint. To this end, the site is equipped with photovoltaic panels allowing for a 20% reduction in energy consumption.

The inauguration of the new site was preceded by the opening of a recruitment agency and a training center aimed at optimizing the recruitment and training process for future employees, thus facilitating their integration into the new site. AXA Services Maroc aims to offer career opportunities and plans to recruit more than 1400 employees over the 2024-2026 period, across its various sites, illustrating its commitment to sustainable development and operational excellence.

Ryad Mezzour, the Minister of Industry and Trade, states: "Today we are inaugurating the AXA Services Maroc site in Kenitra. This opening confirms the trust of the largest companies in the Moroccan platform, particularly the AXA group through a sustainable and quality partnership. Numerous efforts are being made to support operators in developing engineering in Morocco and we will continue to work towards consolidating this ecosystem, a major contributor to industrial added value as well as job creation."

In the same vein, Ghita Mezzour, the Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, emphasized that: "This initiative will contribute to sustainable socio-economic development in the region, opening new growth opportunities and, above all, promoting job creation. To achieve this, it is essential to harness the potential of young Moroccan talents by offering them training opportunities and access to the technologies necessary to be competitive on an international scale. In this sense, and in accordance with the enlightened vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, who has emphasized the importance of youth in the new development model, the national strategy "Digital Morocco 2030", which will be launched soon, pays particular attention to training a new generation of specialists in the fields of digital and information technologies." She added: "It should be noted that today, Morocco has risen to the rank of 2nd outsourcing destination in Africa and 28th worldwide. This dynamic demonstrates our commitment to promoting excellence and innovation in this key sector, thus creating opportunities for growth and jobs."
