Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Salé hotel will open its doors in 2025. It will span 18 levels, from the 29th to the 46th floor, enriching the Capital's tourist offerings with a unique luxury hospitality experience in the Kingdom of Morocco.

The Mohammed VI Tower represents the highest and most iconic point of the Bouregreg Valley development plan and is one of the key components of the “Rabat, City of Lights, Moroccan Capital of Culture” program. Rising to a height of 250 meters, on the banks of the Bouregreg River, the Mohammed VI Tower and its hotel benefit from breathtaking views of the cities of Rabat and Salé, as well as the Atlantic Ocean.

This hotel will be a luxury setting comprising 55 rooms - including 11 rooms and 44 suites - a wellness center, a ballroom, a business lounge, and 4 restaurants to meet the expectations of the most demanding clients seeking a unique experience, refined service, and a combination of ancestral expertise and innovative luxury.
