Samsung Electronics Maghreb Arab and the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports have signed an amendment to their partnership agreement, marking a new step in their collaboration for digital education in Morocco. The signing ceremony, which took place at the national training and meeting center in Rabat, was chaired by Mr. Mohamed Saad BERRADA, Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports, and saw the participation of Mr. Hee Young Hong, President of Samsung Electronics Maghreb Arab. During this ceremony, prizes were distributed to the winning teams of the first edition of the national Python programming competition, the organization of which is part of the "SAMSUNG INNOVATION CAMPUS" project, which offers in-depth certified training in Python programming for all qualifying cycle computer science teachers. This project has trained 780 teachers and 1273 beneficiaries through the multiplication of training at the regional level. The trained teachers provided Python programming learning sessions for common core students. "Samsung is committed to supporting education and innovation in Morocco, and we are delighted to strengthen our partnership with the Ministry of National Education," said Mr. Hee Young Hong, President of Samsung Electronics Maghreb Arab. "By integrating artificial intelligence into the Samsung Innovation Campus and launching the National Hackathon, we want to offer young Moroccans opportunities to explore and develop their skills in future technological fields."
